ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Absolution delivers all the European Union countries and Switzerland, USA, Canada, South America, Russia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East.
The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order. We will do our best to have the products delivered in less than 30 days.
In case of delay or any kind of problem, we will keep you informed. If you chose, "pick up at Absolution store" option, please show up with with the reference of your billing and your identity card, at La Maison Absolution, 9 rue Dupuis, 75003 Paris, imperatively. You will be able to pick up your products 24h after you ordered and in a maximum delay of 10 days.
The boutique Absolution is opened from Monday to Friday, from 11h to 12h30 and from 14h15 to 18h00. For Saturdays, please contact us: 01 42 770 777.
Important: Any order placed on Friday / Saturday / Sunday with the « pick up at Absolution » option, will only be received and treated on monday from 14h.
Shipment in France will be sending with La Poste, in Colissimo.
For the U.E and the rest of the world, Absolution uses the services of a conveyor chosen by Absolution.
The delivery costs are automatically calculated as soon as you constitute your basket of purchases and appear in the rising final one at the time when you finish your order. When we treat your order and process with the sending of the parcel we will transmit you by e-mail the number corresponding to your parcel. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. At reception of the parcel, the customer has to verify that its delivery is conformed to its order.
Any problem regarding the references of the delivered products will have to be noticed on the receipt presented by the conveyor and the same day or in a maximum of one day after reception of the parcel, to Absolution customer service.
In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.
As soon as the parcel will be sent you will be able to follow it by typing the tracking number on the site of the chosen conveyor.
In the event of unusual delay, you will be contacted either by email or phone.

All the orders dispatched in France are expressed in Euros all inclusive of tax (19,6% VAT). Every orders shipped out of the EU will be charged excl. taxes. Your paiement is securised by Paybox. If the amount of your order is equal or higher than 800 €, more information will be asked to confirm and accept your order.
ARTICLE 7 - RETURN/EXCHANGE
"absolution.me" (and its affiliates "absolution-cosmetiques.com", "absolution-cosmetics.com" & "absolutioncosmetics.com") is committed to providing you products of high quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, Absolution commits itself to exchange or refund you the products concerned.
The expenses of sending and return will be then at your charge. You have a 7 days deadline as from the date of reception to return us the products in perfect state and in their original packaging, joining the invoice emitted by Absolution. If you want to return undamaged or complete items, the cost of return will be at your charge.
