Mica: mineral mainly composed of aluminum silicate and potassium. Used in inert microscopic powder, it is a mineral filter ("screen" substance) that reflects light like microscopic mirrors. It provides physical protection by reflection and dissemination UV rays. By reflecting light from the front, it creates the illusion of a softer, smoother and more radiant skin. Fine wrinkles are reduced, skin texture appears more balanced.
